Arm & Hammer Slide Cat Litter Review
I guarantee that this is a 100% unbiased review of the Arm & Hammer Slide cat litter. I have purchased this product with my own money and have not been asked to give a review.
The only thing that I hate about having cats is having a litterbox. I can’t imagine anyone enjoying that chore. We’ve had multiple cats for 5 years now and I’ve tried quite a few different cat litters. Most of them were about the same with little difference here and there. The poo of course wouldn’t be a problem but the pee never really clumped together all that well and I was changing the entire litterbox all the freaking time. Talk about a lot of money!
I cannot now remember why I decided to pick up the Arm & Hammer Slide. But when I poured it into the box the first thing I noticed was that the sand reminded me of the sand from one of those zen gardens. You know, the really fine sand that you rake the lines in?
I wasn’t yet sold though and if I remember correctly, this didn’t exactly boost my confidence in the product.
Fast forward to the next day…. And I promise I am 100% telling the truth. Not only did the pee come out in this great big solid clump (thanks to my 15 pound MaineCoon) but it did not stick to the side or the bottom of the pan! And I was almost* ENJOYING scooping the zen sand! 😆
I literally texted my mom and told her to buy this because everyone needs it.
I don’t particularly have a downside to this litter but I hear a lot of people saying that the scent is too strong or they don’t like the scent. I have heard that if you put a little bit of regular Arm & Hammer in the litter box it will solve this problem.
